Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TapMeal, including the admin mobile app, the admin web panel and the customer web menu (together, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Anwer Solangi ("I", "me", "the developer").

Description of Service

TapMeal is a QR ordering and restaurant management system that provides:

• A customer web menu opened by scanning a table QR code, with no app or account required
• A live order board with push notifications for restaurant owners
• Menu, table, staff and operating-hours management
• Kitchen Display Mode, printable QR sheets and revenue analytics
• Role-based staff access for managers, waiters and kitchen staff

Restaurant Accounts

If you create a restaurant account ("Owner"), you are responsible for:

• Keeping your sign-in details secure and for all activity under your account
• Everything you publish, including menu items, prices, images, descriptions and allergen information
• The staff accounts you create and the permissions you give them
• Fulfilling the orders your customers place, and your own pricing, taxes and food-safety obligations

TapMeal is a tool that passes orders from customers to your restaurant. I am not a party to any sale between a restaurant and its customers.

Customers Ordering Through a Menu

If you order through a restaurant's TapMeal menu, your order is placed with that restaurant, not with me. Questions about food, prices, payment, allergens or refunds should go to the restaurant.

Subscriptions

Optional in-app subscriptions (for example to remove ads) are processed by Google Play and managed through RevenueCat. They renew automatically until you cancel them in your Google Play account settings, and refunds follow Google Play's policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, or that you do not have the right to use
• Place fake or abusive orders, or interfere with another restaurant's data
• Attempt to bypass security rules or access data belonging to another account
• Reverse engineer or resell the App outside the terms of a source-code license

Source Code Licenses

The TapMeal source code sold on CodeCanyon or Gumroad is licensed under that marketplace's license terms (Regular or Extended). Deployments built from purchased source code are operated by the buyer, who is responsible for their own terms and privacy policy.

Availability

The Service depends on an internet connection and on Firebase. I aim to keep it running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and I am not liable for lost orders or revenue caused by outages, connectivity problems or third-party services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, I DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, I SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST ORDERS OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and request deletion of your restaurant account at any time. I may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
